How Tilt-Up Construction Works - FullTilt Ontario, Site-Cast concrete Toronto

Step 1: Perimeter & interior concrete foundations are installed.

Step 2: Concrete Floor Slab on grade is placed with required reinforcing.

Step 3: FULLTILT Concrete Wall Panels are formed to size on the concrete slab with required reinforcing and lifting inserts.

Step 4: All FULLTILT Concrete Wall Panels are cast on site.

Step 5: FULLTILT Wall Panels are tilted into place with a mobile crane.

Step 6: All panels are temporarily braced to the floor slab.

Step 7: Wall Panels are supported by the perimeter concrete foundations.

Step 8: Structural Steel columns, beams and open webbed steel joists are installed and connected to the FULLTILT Panels.

Step 9: The Structural Steel Roof Decking is welded into place.

Step 10: The insulation and roofing membrane are installed. Solar Panels are optional.
